7 days to change your mind, on unused items in their original packaging.
The short version
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in resalable condition, and back in its original packaging with any tags still attached.
Damaged, defective or not as described
If your order turns up damaged, faulty, or isn’t what was described, that’s on us. Email info@littup.in with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@littup.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll confirm the next steps and the return address.
- Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
What we can’t take back
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. That includes the Hong Thai inhaler once its seal is broken.
Return shipping
If the item is damaged, faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, the return trip is at your cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we’ve processed it, how quickly it lands is down to your bank or payment provider.
